FaZe replace Rossy and dicey. Announced via Twitter today, Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo and Quan “dicey” Tran were parting ways with the North American organization. This comes after a series of disappointing performances in recent tournaments, prompting the organization to make changes in order to improve its chances of success.
However, they added Anthony “mummAy” DiPaolo and Tanner “TiGG” Spanu to their active roster, effective immediately. Both players were brought from Turtle Troops, the only team in the VCL North America that is still F/A. Both players bring a wealth of experience to the team, playing at a high level of competitive VALORANT. MummAy is known for his impressive skills and his ability to make game-changing plays. TiGG is a versatile player who is able to adapt to different roles and situations.
The decision of FaZe to replace Rossy and dicey might come after the Mid-Season Face Off, where they qualified, but the team was not able to win a single map on that stage. The changes were effective immediately. We saw the new additions to the team making their debut today against The Guard. The game might not finish the way they would want, as The Guard won the game with a solid 2-0. Both maps, Fracture and Lotus, ended with a score of 13-5.
These are not the only roster changes we have seen so far in VCL North America after Sentinels announced the departure of their head coach.
What does FaZe expect about these roster changes?
FaZe Clan hopes that these new additions will inject some fresh energy and strategy into their gameplay, and help them to achieve their goals in upcoming tournaments. Only time will tell if this change will be enough to push FaZe Clan to the top of the VALORANT competitive scene.
